Welcome to Your Doula Support Journey

I created Anthea Doula Care because I believe every family deserves to feel supported and cared for as they welcome a new life. My role as a doula is to support, guide, and encourage you throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I welcome clients of every race, culture, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, and family structure. I have been trained by DONA International. I look forward to meeting you.

Birth Support

$1,500.00

Includes:

  • 2 prenatal visits

  • Birth planning support

  • Phone/text support starting at 37 weeks

  • Continuous labor and birth support

  • Comfort techniques (positions, breathing, counter-pressure)

  • Partner guidance

  • Immediate postpartum support (1 hour after birth)

  • 1 postpartum home visit

Postpartum Support

$40 / hour daytime and $55 / hour overnight

Includes:

  • 1 prenatal visit

  • Postpartum planning

  • Support for you and your family

  • Meal planning and prepping

  • One nourishing home cooked meal

  • Processing your birth experience for both you and your family

  • Feeding support

  • Community resources

  • Text support

Birth & Postpartum Support

Continuous thread from birth into postpartum

Includes:

  • 3 prenatal visits (2 birth, 1 postpartum)

  • Birth and postpartum planning

  • Unlimited text support

  • Labor and birth support

  • Partner guidance

  • Immediate postpartum support (2 hours after birth in hospital, birth center or at home)

  • Postpartum home support easier and faster to schedule
